Welcome to Geeks Online Assistance Inc. By accessing and using geeksonlineassistance.org, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

By using this website, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree, you must not use our website or services.

Geeks Online Assistance Inc. strictly provides business-to-business (B2B) services. By using this site, you represent that you are acting on behalf of a business entity. We do not provide technical support, repair, or consulting services to individual consumers or residential users.

2. Services Offered

We provide enterprise-level IT consulting and managed services to clients in the USA and Canada. All service engagements are subject to separate service agreements or statements of work.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, software) is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services rendered.

In no event shall Geeks Online Assistance Inc. be liable for loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. It is the client’s responsibility to maintain independent backups of all critical data unless a managed backup service is explicitly contracted and active under a signed Statement of Work.

6. Payment and Billing

Fees for our Managed Services and Consulting are detailed in individual Service Agreements. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due within 30 days of invoicing. Since we provide professional time-based consulting and customized infrastructure services, refunds are generally not provided for rendered services, but we are committed to resolving any service issues per our SLA (Service Level Agreement)

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement subject to the notice periods defined in the individual Service Agreement. We reserve the right to terminate access to our digital platforms for any user who violates these Terms

8. Disclaimer

The information on this website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws of Canada.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
